Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Hi-Tech Power Wash in Austin, TX and surrounding areas.

Estimates

Figures shown by our instant estimate tool are estimates based on the information you provide, not final quotes. Final pricing can vary with property condition, level of staining, surface type, access, and height. A minimum service charge of $250 applies per visit, and it is applied once to the job as a whole rather than to each service. Your final price is confirmed before any work begins.

Scheduling

We typically respond to estimate requests within 1 business day, and schedule work around your availability. Weather and seasonal demand can affect timing, and we will keep you informed.

Property access

For most jobs we need access to an outdoor water spigot and to the areas being cleaned. We protect landscaping before and after the job.

Satisfaction guarantee

We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, contact us and we will make it right.

Insurance

Hi-Tech Power Wash carries full general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
