David Ahumada founded Hi-Tech Power Wash in 2015 with a simple standard: exterior cleaning done properly enough to recommend to a neighbor. Over a decade later, that standard is what the whole company runs on, carried out today by a trained crew running professional-grade equipment across every job on the schedule.

Austin is a demanding place to do this work. The humidity feeds mold and algae on siding. Gloeocapsa Magma streaks the roofs. Acorn and pecan tannins stain driveways every fall. Limestone is on half the houses in this city and is unforgiving if it is cleaned the wrong way. Training the team on those surfaces properly is what separates a company that lasts ten years from one that lasts one summer.

Today the work runs from single-family homes across the metro to restaurants, retail centers, HOAs, and property managers who need a building kept presentable year round. Same standard, same trained crew, whether it is one driveway or a multi-building commercial contract.

We run truck-mounted, trailer-mounted and portable setups, and we choose between them based on the property, the access and the scope of the work.
